Privacy policy
Last updated 26 August 2026.
The Gay Escape is based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites: it counts visits and page views without identifying you personally.
Newsletter
If you sign up to our newsletter, we store your email address with our provider, Resend, to send you the emails you asked for. We ask for your email and nothing else. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing the address below.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links to travel and experience providers. Clicking one takes you to a third-party site with its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read. We record that a link was clicked, but not who clicked it.
Your rights
We do not sell your personal data. Under UK GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time. Contact us using the details below to exercise any of these rights.
